For the third of four tastings for all four elementary schools, Chris Graciano of Witherspoon Grill chose asparagus grown by Pam, Gary and Tannwen Mount of Terhune Orchards – but the weather didn’t cooperate. The long winter delayed the growing season here in central New Jersey, so we sourced the vegetable from elsewhere.
